Surprisingly apple

Evelina® was discovered by chance in Germany in 2000, in the wonderful Land of Bavaria at a fruit growing company in the town of Langensedelbach. The finder is Hans Hofman. Of course, this man immediately saw that he was dealing with a very special mutant and patented his idea.

VKF is the licence holder of all Evelina® apples in the Netherlands. From 2019 onward the range has widened with growers from Limburg, the Betuwe, the rivers region and in the province of Utrecht.

This fantastic apple is refreshing and sweet and has a solid bite. As soon as you have tasted the Evelina®, you will recognise it. Any moment of the day: Evelina® is always tasty!
