Sorting and packing

With our state-of-the art packing centre that is also BRC certified, VKF meets all requirements made on food safety and tracking & tracing of our products. By using water channels for sorting, Van Kessel Fruit is able to sort fruit without damage as to size, weight, colour and quality.

This makes it possible to sort and then pack in a customer friendly way. By using several sorting lines and packing machines we are able to pack fruit in any desired packaging. Our packing materials are made of environmentally friendly and recyclable materials.

A few examples of packing options are bags, punnets, piece by piece, foodtainers, trays and so on. We also provide the stickers and any private labels in consultation with retail and wholesale.

Surrounded by orchards and fruit we are rooted in the Gelderland rivers region. Ever since the 1930s VKF has had its origins here. A traditional family business specialising in the growing, processing and marketing of top fruit.
